Job Position: Account Clerk

Responsibilities:

  • Handling full sets of book-keeping
  • Assist in accounts receivables, accounts payables and general ledger duties
  • Assist in month end closing and prepare accounting schedules and breakdown
  • Assist in ad-hoc assignments and administrative operations

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above with LCCI Intermediate
  • Minimum 2 years relevant accounting experience (experience in travel agency is an advantage)
  • Good computer skills, MS Office
  • Knowledge in accounting software QuickBooks is an advantage
  • Independent, hard-working and mature
  • 5.5 days work
  • Immediately available

 

 

Counter Sales Consultant

Responsibilities:

  • Giveprofessional and value-added travel advice to clients bearing in mind the clients’ needs and interests
  • Prepare itineraries, make land, air and sea arrangements for clients
  • Execute bookings and follow through in an efficient, accurate and professional manner
  • Solicit and retain clients with professional customer service skills

 Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above, preferably with Certificate or Diploma in Travel and Tourism, or related discipline
  • At least 1-3 years' relevant experience in travel industry
  • Sound knowledge in destinations and leisure products
  • Hand-on experience in reservation and ticketing
  • Computer literate, good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Service-oriented, excellent customer relationship management and able to work independently
  • Good spoken and written English, Putonghua and Cantonese/ Chinese
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Travel Consultant
