Job Position: Account Clerk
Responsibilities:
- Handling full sets of book-keeping
- Assist in accounts receivables, accounts payables and general ledger duties
- Assist in month end closing and prepare accounting schedules and breakdown
- Assist in ad-hoc assignments and administrative operations
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above with LCCI Intermediate
- Minimum 2 years relevant accounting experience (experience in travel agency is an advantage)
- Good computer skills, MS Office
- Knowledge in accounting software QuickBooks is an advantage
- Independent, hard-working and mature
- 5.5 days work
- Immediately available
Counter Sales Consultant
Responsibilities:
- Giveprofessional and value-added travel advice to clients bearing in mind the clients’ needs and interests
- Prepare itineraries, make land, air and sea arrangements for clients
- Execute bookings and follow through in an efficient, accurate and professional manner
- Solicit and retain clients with professional customer service skills
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above, preferably with Certificate or Diploma in Travel and Tourism, or related discipline
- At least 1-3 years' relevant experience in travel industry
- Sound knowledge in destinations and leisure products
- Hand-on experience in reservation and ticketing
- Computer literate, good communications and interpersonal skills
- Service-oriented, excellent customer relationship management and able to work independently
- Good spoken and written English, Putonghua and Cantonese/ Chinese
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Travel Consultant
